Your guests will be seated by our receptionist in our furnished lobby before being shown to the conference room or day office. A clean, comfortable, quiet meeting room is an important amenity for your business. What image does meeting in a restaurant or coffee shop present to your clientele? How many times have you gone to one of these venues uncertain of what your client looks like? Are you ever concerned that your business discussions in public places will be overheard by someone who is, for example, a competitor? We can accommodate meetings of many different sizes with our day offices and conference rooms. A day office is a room set up with a desk and other traditional business furniture. These day offices are available at each Virtual Offices of Minnesota location. Conference rooms are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate groups from two to 16 people. Most rooms are equipped with whiteboards which can also be used as LCD projection screens. Large conference rooms that seat up to 60 are available at certain Virtual Offices of Minnesota locations. Our meeting rooms are available during our regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Staff at each suite will set up your room with coffee and water before your arrival. These amenities are always included in the use of our meeting rooms at no additional charge. Rental equipment such as a projector and conference speakerphones, Internet and catering are all available at an additional charge.
